Lazy spring days with Mommy and Daddy

The more Cory moves around, the more his daddy and mommy just sit and stare at how amazing he is and how quickly he's growing.He loves spending time in the sunroom with all his toys trying to get from one to the other. And this weekend he spent his first lazy afternoon with mommy on the hammock while daddy did some lawn work.

And growing.......

Cory went for his 6 month appointment, where we found out he is
19 lbs, 12 oz!
We've also found out that he definitely loves the rice cereal and are excited to try new foods (with better tastes) with him! As you can see by the pictures, he loves his highchair because he knows what's coming next. He can't get enough of this food stuff..........

6 MONTHS AND COUNTING....

Lookin' for trouble...

And it looks like he's going to find it soon. He's wiggling, wobbling, rolling, scooching, you name it..... the crawl has to come any day now. As you can see by the pictures, he's trying and trying. We are treasuring these days when we know he's not very mobile because everyone has warned us about what we're in for when he gets his crawl on!

Finally-- Real Food!

Well, that's if you count rice cereal for babies as "real food". Cory didn't seem to mind the taste, although, he seemed a little apprehensive at first......

But by the end, as you can see, Cory was loving the new spoon feeding technique!

I think we may have a healthy eater on our hands...........
